Presentation to Hinckley Mencap

The members of the Hinckley Lodge of Installed Masters have made a donation to the local Hinckley Mencap. The organisation which provides support to local people is based in Hill Street in the town and is totally reliant on the financial support provided by local donations and the income from its local shop.Like many other charities , the pandemic has had a great effect on such funding and also on its ability to provide support for those who need it. The Chair, Janet Wardle thanked the Lodge for helping with its £200 donation.

Our photograph shows the Master of the Lodge David Fell presenting the cheque to Hinckley Mencap Treasurer, Ann Spicer, with (L-R) volunteer, Andrew, Chair, Janet Wardled, Lodge Charity Steward, Paul Bond and volunteer Mo outside the Hinckley shop.
